Shipping Policy

Order Processing

  • All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after receiving payment confirmation.

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Time

  • We ship across all major cities in India through trusted courier partners like Delhivery and India Post (Speed Post).

  • Estimated delivery time:

    • Metro Cities: 3–5 business days

    • Other Locations: 5–8 business days

  • Please note: Delivery timelines may vary due to courier delays, festivals, or unforeseen circumstances.

Shipping Charges

  • Free Shipping on prepaid orders above ₹499.

  • For orders below ₹499, a nominal shipping fee will be applied at checkout.

  • Cash on Delivery (COD) orders may carry an additional handling fee.

Order Tracking

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via SMS/Email/WhatsApp.

  • You can track your order status directly on our website or courier partner’s portal.

Undelivered / RTO (Return to Origin)

  • If the courier is unable to deliver the package due to incorrect address, phone number, or unavailability of customer, the parcel will be marked as RTO (Returned to Origin).

  • In such cases, reshipping charges may apply.

Damaged / Tampered Package

  • If you receive a damaged or tampered package, please do not accept it and immediately inform us at +91- 9993048033 (11am - 6pm)

  • Once verified, we will initiate a replacement or refund as per our policy.
