Shipping Charges

Free Shipping on prepaid orders above ₹499.

For orders below ₹499, a nominal shipping fee will be applied at checkout.

Cash on Delivery (COD) orders may carry an additional handling fee.
Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via SMS/Email/WhatsApp.

You can track your order status directly on our website or courier partner’s portal.
Undelivered / RTO (Return to Origin)

If the courier is unable to deliver the package due to incorrect address, phone number, or unavailability of customer, the parcel will be marked as RTO (Returned to Origin).

In such cases, reshipping charges may apply.
Damaged / Tampered Package

If you receive a damaged or tampered package, please do not accept it and immediately inform us at +91- 9993048033 (11am - 6pm)

Once verified, we will initiate a replacement or refund as per our policy.
